Shelley's ministry journey spans over two decades, during which she's served in diverse roles ranging from high school chaplain to her current positions as a Service Pastor and Youth Pastor at CityLife Church in Melbourne.
With a rich educational background that includes a Master of Divinity from the ACT, a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from the University of Divinity, Shelley is deeply passionate about systematic theology and biblical studies.
She's known for her engaging preaching and teaching to audiences of all ages, as well as leading seminars on topics like engaging Generation Z, mental health advocacy, and youth ministry at conferences and events.
Shelley sees her calling in ministry as a profound privilege and honour, offering training, equipping, and empowerment to local churches.
Shelley is a certified Professional Pastoral Supervisor, bringing more than two decades of expertise in youth ministry she has unique specialisations in Child Safe Standards. She offers one-on-one pastoral supervision sessions online, each lasting an hour.
Shelley holds a Master of Divinity from the ACT and loves diving into systematic theology and the Bible. Specialising in all things Holy Spirit (pneumatology), she has a knack for blending humour with deep dives into Scripture. She is known for her authentic storytelling, transforming her messages from merely informational to both practical and inspiring.
Shelley brings over two decades of experience in Youth Ministry, offering a deep understanding and unique perspectives on connecting with Generation Z. Her dedication is centred on empowering the local church. As a long-standing advocate for mental health, Shelley is committed to educating, equipping, and advocating for churches to participate actively in mental health awareness.
